What size should I order?
The size of each item is measured. Refer to the description of each item for measurements and size guide.
What payment options do you accept?
We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa debit/credit card payments, PayPal, and ShopPay. We don't accept personal checks, money orders, direct bank transfers or multiple forms of payment.
Will I be charged sales tax on my order?
Applicable sales tax will be added automatically to your order if appropriate based on your shipping location. If you do not see sales tax added to your order amount at checkout then you will not be charged sales tax.
How do I apply a gift card code or a promo code at checkout?
At checkout, go to your order summary and enter your code in the text box that says "Gift Card or Discount Code".
Can I combine promo codes?
Promo codes and offers cannot be combined with already discounted items or sale items. Only one promo code per order.
Can I use promo codes and/or discounts with gift card purchases?
Discounts and promo codes cannot be used for the purchase of a gift card.
Why was my card refunded?
Unfortunately, one or more items on your order was not available at the time of purchase. As a result, your card was refunded for the item’s purchase price. We email customers regarding oversells before your order is shipped, and apologize for any inconvenience it may have caused you.
The order I received is incorrect, what do I do?
Oh no! If the order you receive is incorrect, please call or email us at email@example.com ASAP with your name, order number, and a brief description of the situation. We will be happy to resolve the issue.
One of my items is damaged, what do I do?
If you believe the item you received is damaged, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, order number, and a photo of the damage. Once we receive this information, we will be happy to initiate a resolution at no additional cost.
Where do orders ship from?
All orders are stored and shipped from Almond, WI USA
When will my order ship?
Orders ship within 2 business days! Please see our shipping information section for more details. You will always receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.
What’s the status of my order?
To check your order status, log in to your account and navigate to your order history.
Can I return or exchange items that were purchased on sale?
All sale items are final and cannot be returned.
The item I purchased last week is on sale! Now what?
Unfortunately, due to the nature of online retail, Red Apple Vixen Boutique does not take responsibility for refunding the amount of item markdowns to customers. Items in our inventory are subject to markdown at anytime at Red Apple Vixen Boutique’s discretion. You may return the item you purchased and place a new order for the item, but we cannot guarantee there will be stock remaining once your return is processed.
Do you have gift cards?
No. We do not offer gift cards
Does my gift card code or store credit expire?
Gift card codes and store credit codes do not expire.
